Starting the first game with a loss vs Strikers FC, the girls turned it around and beat Legends 2-1 two hours later. Sunday's first game was the tournament hosts (LA Premier) where Freedom G00 defeated them 4-0. Going into the last and final game of evening, the girls either win and take first or lose with nothing. They knocked the ball around and playing it from the back effectively and efficiently. Freedom struck first and scored 2 goals in the first half. During the second half, a pivital save by our calm collected center back protecting the goal while the goalie was out secured the momentum and kept the girls on track to a championship win. All this while playing a field player as a goalie the first day and a very good guest goalie that was a touch younger than the girls the 2nd.
